With the Ashley River in the background on a warm Summer’s day, Adam and Shannon were wed on the grounds of Lowndes Grove Plantation. The smell of salty air permeated the coastal air as the Spanish moss swayed in the Lowcountry breeze. The couple chose to have an intimate gathering, attended only by close friends and immediate family. Included in the close group was NASCAR driver and Daytona 500 winner, Trevor Bayne, who escorted the mother of the groom. Shannon’s choice of blush colored blooms and soft details were contrasted with the deep greens of the Live Oaks, salty marsh and the Ashley River. Shannon adored the fresh styling by Honeybee Events which invited a relaxed atmosphere with her eclectic mix of romantic elements. The love felt for Adam and Shannon was palpable as the smiles and hugs rarely ceased. Dancing went well into the night and just after sunset, Adam and Shannon escaped into the dimming twilight into their new life together.
