It’s always an honor to capture a surprise proposal. But when it’s the proposal of another creative, the pressure definitely goes up! Knowing that Isaac, film editor for the University of Tennessee Athletics, would catch any mistake I might make behind the camera, definitely had me sweating bullets. Along with the 95 degree weather! Nonetheless, Isaac & Emma’s Knoxville surprise proposal went off without a hitch.

This surprise proposal was a difficult feat to pull off for Isaac. Having to put the proposal off an extra two weeks due to quarantine was definitely nerve wracking. But I truly feel the night could not have been more perfect for his surprise proposal at Lakeshore Park in Knoxville, TN.

Under the guise of a socially-distant get together with friends, Isaac brought Emma to Lakeshore Park. They strolled down the hill with the beautiful Tennessee River and mountains on the horizon. Isaac began talking to Emma, knelt to the ground, pulled out a ring, and proposed!

We could not be happier for this sweet couple! Congrats Emma & Isaac!
