Mary Catherine & Matt’s wedding day dawned beautifully. It was as if God planned the weather just for their wedding. With their Revolution Mill Wedding to start later, they began the day at Proximity Hotel in Greensboro, North Carolina. The  couple chose the “Ready or Knot” rooms at Proximity, which are perfect for getting-ready images. It’s tall windows allow for beautiful images with lots of natural light.

With bright sunlight streaming through the windows, Mary Catherine began the process of getting dressed with her maids and mother. There were many tears as she took deep breaths and soaked in the moments of the day. Bridesmaids aww’ed and smiled as Mary turned to them in her stunning gown from Best Bride. I love her beautiful hair and makeup by Laura Meredith . Completing her look was a soft and beautiful bouquet from Botanica Flowers and Gifts. Also excited was Matt who was across the hotel, with his guys by his side.

Revolution Mill 

The Revolution Mill Event Center was filled with well-wishers. The excitement was electric! Natural light flooded the venue creating a soft glow. As Matt stood in place, Mary and her father walked down the staircase to him. Again, the tears were flowing as the couple vowed their love to each other. What a celebration it was when they were pronounced husband and wife! Matt & Mary walked out arm in arm, all smiles.

Reception Venue in Greensboro 

After couple photos at sunset, we headed inside for food by Pepper Moon Catering and yummy cake by Sweet Meg’s Bakery .

Ending the beautiful day with lots of dancing and laughter was Threshold Band, who provided the entertainment and kept the mood high.
